Coming soon- A collection of recipes I’ve collected across the globe highlighting obscure and curious cuisines.
- How to Tajine– An article and recipe on the famous dish of North Africa. It would be impossible to portray Morocco culturally without mention of the indigenous stew.
- How to Kanafeh: The beloved Arabian cheese pastry. A marriage of finely spun phyllo dough, called kataifi, that is layered with cheese and bathed in attar, a honey based syrup. The resulting Kanafeh is dabbed with rose water and has a survival rate of about 0.00% when confronted by a hungry traveler.
Gooey on the inside with a crunchy exterior. Full of salty cheese, sweet honey and fragrant rose water … Need a say more?
